A: YES! Balanced and nutritious meals PLUS regular exercise are the main ingredients in living a healthy YOU!

Q: If I subscribe to a meal plan, can I cancel my subscription?

A: ABSOLUTELY! You are under no obligation or contract to maintain your subscription. However, there are NO refunds or exchanges.

Q: What’s the biggest difference between each meal plan?

A: Support! Support! Support! If you’re a meal plan pro – maybe just trying ours on for size – you may be perfectly comfortable with the Bronze Membership. Bronze Members receive the 4-week meal plan and have access to our community support forum.

Q: Why should I choose your meal plan instead of paying for prepared meals from a company like Nutrisystem or Weight Watchers?

A: There are three really good reasons to prepare your own meals:

  1. It is always BEST to prepare your own meals. This way you know exactly what’s going into your food – and your body! The fresher your ingredients, the BETTER! Here’s a good article that touches on just that point: Cooking local: When Only Fresh Will Do
  2. Cost – In just about every corner of the U.S., you can find a Farmer’s Market – or similar type of market. That’s where you can purchase fruits, veggies, etc. that have little or no preservatives/ pesticides. This is the next best thing to growing your own!
  3. You wouldn’t want to order food from one of those programs FOREVER (although, I’m sure they wouldn’t object! Lol). With our meal plans, you learn about how different foods and seasonings taste with one another. You’ll learn how to create your own style of goodness… taste-wise and health-wise!
